Oven-Fried Salmon Croquettes

 

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes

    1 can salmon (drained and flaked)

    1 cup evaporated milk

    1/4 cup pickle relish (optional)

    1/4 cup celery (optional)

    2 tsp finely chopped onion (optional)

 

Instructions

    1. Combine 1/2 corn flakes, all the salmon, 1/2 milk, and optional ingredients. Mix well.

    2. Shape into 10-12 balls. Dip each into milk and then cereal. Put on cookie sheet.

    3. Drizzle margarine on each. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
