Baked Corn Casserole

 

Ingredients

    1 can whole kernel corn

    1 can cream style corn

    1 8.5 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix

    1/2 cup margarine, softened

    1 cup sour cream

Instructions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Spray 9x13 pan

    3. Mix all ingredients; pour into pan.

    4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Chicken casserole

 

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Waverly Wafers (1/4 box) - crushed fine.

    2 large or 3 small chicken breasts (cooked and diced)

    1 stick margarine

    1 can chicken soup

    1 8-oz cup sour cream

 

Instructions

    1. Grease casserole dish

    2. Put Waverly Wafers into dish (and some up the sides)

    3. Melt margarine and pour over crumbs

    4. Put chicken over crumbs.

    5. Mix chicken soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

    6. Bake in 350 degree oven (center of oven) until bubbly.

Potato and Cheese Casserole

 

Ingredients

    2 lbs Hash Brown frozen potatoes

    1/2 cup chopped onion

    1 stick margarine, melted

    1 small carton sour cream

    1 can cream of chicken soup

    1 small jar Cheez Whiz

    2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed

 

Instructions

    1. Put hash browns in greased obling casserole.

    2. Pour 1/2 melted margerine over potatoes.

    3. Mix soup, sour cream,, cheese and onions. Pour over potatoes.

    4. Mix corn flakes with rest of margarine and sprinkle over top.

    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
